1. Introduction

This document describes how INITEC s.r.o. processes personal data of visitors and customers on the website www.initec.cz and on the related e-shop eshop.initec.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). We obtain personal data directly from you. In exceptional cases we may verify business information through public registers (e.g., ARES) to ensure the correctness of invoicing details.

8. Transfers to Third Countries

Some service providers (such as Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn) may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, processing is based on Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR.
